Zdeněk Hausvater will head business development in the CEE region for Arcona Capital. Hausvater joined the real estate fund and asset management company in 2013 as senior asset manager. With this promotion, he is now responsible for sourcing investment opportunities for Arcona Capital’s managed funds in the CEE region and developing relationships with new clients. He will also continue managing the Slovak real estate portfolio for the Euronext-listed Arcona Property Fund. Hausvater has more than 10 years of experience on the Czech and Slovak real estate market. Prior to joining Arcona Capital, he worked at CPI Group, King Sturge and Cushman & Wakefield.
