Karimpol Group has signed a lease agreement with the Zdrofit fitness club chain for 1,662 sqm at the Equator IV office building. The tenant will occupy the entire first and ground floors of the office building underway in Warsaw’s Ochota district. The Zdrofit fitness club is scheduled to open in July 2018. Equator IV will offer 34,935 sqm of space on 14 floors. There will also be underground parking for 226 cars.
