The facility management company Zeppelin has announced the appointment of Andrey Filatov to the position of Regional Director. Filatov will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the cities of Russia, including the opening of regional offices, starting new projects and leading their operational management. Filatov has 20 years of experience managing real estate. Having worked previously at MD Facility Management, he opened four branches for the company in St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar. Filatov also organized the launch of iconic projects such as the SEC Afimall City, SEC Aviapark in Moscow, SEC Gallery in St. Petersburg, and SEC Gallery in Novosibirsk. Zeppelin has been on the market since 2003 and has become a leading provider of facility management services.
