Zetagradnja is planning to invest €20m into the development of two residential towers in Ljubljana’s Siska neighborhood. Spektra Invest provided the funding for the land. The 85-meter residential towers will offer a total of 220 apartments. Plans call for business units on the ground floors as well as underground parking. Apartments will reportedly go on sale for about €3,000 per sqm. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2020.
