Zetagradnja, one of the biggest construction companies in Montenegro, is scheduled to deliver a residential and business complex in Podgorica next year. Central Point is going up near the Delta shopping center and City Mall, between Cetinje road and Marka Radovica street, on a parcel of land that used to house Tobacco Industry Podgorica. The complex will include a total of eight units, two of which are currently under construction.
