Zetta University has leased 450 sqm at Vox Technology Park in Timisoara, where it will run courses for three years. The American university has an option to expand its space at the office project by 2,000 sqm until the end of next year. “Attracting a university in an office project is a novelty for the local real estate market. We wanted, from the moment we realized the Vox Technology Park concept, to create a favorable environment in which not only do employees grow professionally and acquire new knowledge but also employers have access to resources,” said Virgil Tornoreanu, CEO of Vox Property Group.
