TAN Poland, a company managed by Zeus Capital Management, has acquired the Graffit office building in Warsawās MokotĆ³w district from Hines. This is Zeusā first investment in Poland. Located on Domaniewska street, the property offers 18,500 sqm of class A leasable space on seven floors, including 1,900 sqm for retail and services. The investment was designed by the Polish branch of the London studio Rolfe Judd. Graffit has been awarded with a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. Tenants include Roche Global IT Solutions, Roche, Lingaro, Pandora, Michelin, Eiffage, SzkoÅa TaÅca Rytm, Å»abka and Nowakowski GorÄ co Polecam. āOn behalf of Hines, I would like to thank Zeus Capital Management and the advisors of both parties for the efficient transaction.
