The Greek investment fund Zeus Capital Partners is one of the most active buyers on the Bucharest property market, having invested more than €30m over the last few years, according to the Wall Street news server.
The fund, which was created in 2007 by Stylianos Zavvos, bought the HQ Victoriei office building in downtown Bucharest this fall from the businessman Ionut Dumitrescu. Last year, it acquired 42 apartments at the Emerald project, and in 2010 it bought 33 apartments at a project in the capital’s Herăstrău area.
Although Zeus is focusing on the office market this year, it’s not ruling residential acquisitions, according to Pateraki Lila, business development director at Zeus Capital Partners.
