The first phase of the Zlatni Bor hotel is scheduled to open this week in Sokolac near Sarajevo. The investors are Milan Jolovic Legenda and Milan Cebic. Construction started in September 2017. The first phase includes 12 rooms with 28 beds as well as a restaurant and a bar. The second phase of the project is set to open in the fall and will include a wellness center, gym, swimming pool and massage rooms. The investment is valued at €600,000. This is the first hotel in the area to open in the last decade. The four-star property will employ 22 people.
