Prague’s Zlatý Anděl received a BREEAM Excellent certificate in the In Use category, becoming the oldest office building in the Czech Republic to hold such a distinction. The building is managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
“We have successfully reduced energy consumption in the shared premises of Zlatý Anděl by one half over the last five years. We achieved this through an upgrade of the building’s systems and equipment, for example by installing frequency converters, LED fixtures and so on, and also through streamlining equipment control using I&C (instrumentation and control) systems,” says Luboš Balík, senior property manager at Cushman & Wakefield who is in charge of managing Zlatý Anděl.
