zooplus Polska, a member of zooplus Group, has leased 2,000 sqm at the third stage of High5ive office complex in Cracow. The online seller of pet products plans to move to its new location in April 2022. High5ive is a complex of five buildings which will ultimately provide 70,000 sqm of modern office space. The last building is planned to be put into use in the first quarter of 2022. The general contractor of the complex is Skanska, while the architectural design was created by NS Moon Studio. The investment is the first Skanska project in Cracow awarded with the WELL Core&Shell certificate.
