21 May 2024

ZST (Zintegrowane Systemy Techniczne), based in the Batory I building, has decided to expand its office and has signed a lease agreement for an additional 400 sqm. As a result of the expansion, it will occupy a total of 1,700 sqm. ZTS has been a tenant in the Jerozolimskie Avenue building since 2016.

“The completion of the commercialisation process of our building proves that the intimate office buildings in our portfolio are also of interest to tenants. The expansion of the ZST company, which has had its headquarters in the building for eight years, shows that Batory I, is a place suitable for any type of business, despite its location outside the very centre. We are pleased that ZST feels comfortable here, as evidenced by our long-standing cooperation and the increase in the space we occupy,” says Anna Korwin-Kulesza, Asset Management & Leasing Director – Central & Northern Poland.

“We have been renting office space in the Batory building for the last 8 years and the location works well for both our employees and clients – hence the decision to stay in this facility, which also meets our expectations in terms of amenities,” says Marcin Rafalski, Head of Procurement and Administration, Integrated Technical Systems.

Batory Building I is a six-storey office building located on Jerozolimskie Avenue, one of the capital’s main thoroughfares. The architecture of the building refers to the famous Polish luxury transatlantic liner ‘Stefan Batory’. The location’s advantage is its proximity to Warsaw’s Fryderyk Chopin Airport and the Warsaw ring road. The Batory office building can boast a BREEAM certificate on the Excellent level.
