The Zurich group has acquired an office building from Metroinvest on Calle Albarracín in Madrid. The property was completed in 2005 and offers a total of 23,100 sqm located on three floors as well as underground parking for 279 car spaces. The anchor tenant is the Town Hall of Madrid. Cushman & Wakefield advised company on the sale of the property. The parties have agreed to keep the sales price confidential.
