Zurich Group Germany acquires Berliner Tor Center in Hamburg

Zurich Group Germany bought the Berliner Tor Center in Hamburg from a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. Bilfinger Real Estate brokered the transaction. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Built between 2003 and 2005, the office center offers 80,000 sqm in seven building as well as 950 parking spots. The investment is 88 percent leased. Tenants include Siemens, IBM, Carat Germany, Deutsche Bahn and Colgate Palmolive.
