Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. signed a lease on 1,000 sqm at the Astris office building currently under construction at the Polsad roundabout in Kraków. About 100 of the company’s employees will move into the new offices in Q2. The landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, while the tenant was represented by JLL. The project will offer 13,000 sqm of office space on nine floors when it is completed in April. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the commercialisation of the building.
