Polinvest 4, a fund managed by 21 Partners, is set to take over the Polish retailer Wójcik Fashion. The acquisition will be conducted in two phases, according to a statement issued to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Polinvest 4 will acquire a 68.93-percent stake in the first phase and increase its holding to 80 percent in the second phase. Registered in Italy in 2013, the fund is managed by Andrzej Mierzwa, Dariusz Górka, Marek Modecki and Dawid Sukacz.
