CIJ sources have revealed that a key plot in the CBD has just been put on sale by private investors. Located at the corner of Marszałkowska and Al. Jerozolimskie streets, near the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, the property’s sale had been impossible until now because of legal hurdles. The zoning allows a development of 24 to 36 meter high office building, with retail components, but it’s thought the project to be built on the site could involve a mix of office and hotel space. The 4,538 sqm plot has the potential to be extended 1,397 sqm.
