The second phase of the Jantar shopping mall has been opened in the City of Słupsk, with an additional 46,000 sqm of leasable space being provided to the local market. The biggest retail investment in the region, Jantar was delivered in 2008, offering 79 units with an additional 22 stores opened in 2011. Ultimately, the developer Mayland is targeting around 135 retail units to be operating in the mall with the 1,150 parking place it currently offers. Work on the mall’s third extension is set to be completed this autumn, closing the investment by Mayland Real Estate.
