4F (owned by OTCF S.A.), a brand offering everyday clothing, sportswear and accessories intended for professional athletes and amateurs, has announced the opening of a shop in the Przystanek Karkonosze retail park. The facility is the latest development of Redkom Development in Miłków, a suburb of Karpacz.
Redkom Development wants to support local businesses and promote tourism in the region, hence the strong emphasis on the presence of sports brands. The planned opening is announced for Q2/Q3 2025. The project envisages around 30 retail and service units over an area of 16,000 sqm. The retail park’s focus is not only on well-known, chain brands, but also on supporting local business by offering small units for Karkonosze traders.
4F has more than 200 monobrand shops offering high quality everyday and sports clothing and accessories. The outlets are located in 42 countries around the world, including, among others, Romania, Qatar, the UK, Germany, the USA or Australia.
Poland’s leading sports brand cooperates with many European Olympic and Paralympic committees, sports associations or sports clubs, dressing professional athletes for the world’s biggest sports events. 4F also has an ever expanding list of ambassadors, including Robert and Anna Lewandowski, Bartosz Zmarzlik or Natalia Maliszewska.

On the other hand, a local flair is something of a necessity for investments made outside the major metropolises of our country, especially in places where local traditions have been cultivated for generations,” said Elżbieta Kutrasińska, Senior Leasing Manager, Redkom Development.
The excellent location of the new retail park, which leads to the main tourist resorts, will contribute significantly to the inflow of residents of the surrounding villages and towns and numerous tourists. Karpacz will benefit from the investment carried out by the Redkom Group.
The consultancy company Mallson Polska is the cooperating agent for the leasing of the project.
