Multi Poland, the Polish division of Multi Corporation, one of the leading commercial asset management companies in Europe, today confirmed that all six shopping centres managed by the company in Poland have passed their safety re-audits, for the third consecutive time.
The audit relates to sanitary requirements for minimising the risk of spreading Coronavirus and compliance with best-in-class hygiene and safety protocols.
The six shopping centres that underwent the triple sanitary safety audit are: Forum Gdańsk, Magnolia Park in Wrocław, 3 Stawy in Katowice, Galeria Pestka in Poznań, Sarni Stok in Bielsko-Biała and Ferio Konin. Special „Global Safe Site” badges have been placed at the entrances, confirming that they meet the highest hygiene and safety standards preventing the spread of the coronavirus.
The comprehensive re-assessment of Multi’s compliance with sanitary and legal requirements, which consisted of a full review of the requirements, guidelines and good practices, was re-completed and re-verified by Bureau Veritas, a world leader in testing, inspection, and certification. Inspections and assessments of operating procedures and the level of their implementation by Multi Poland, as manager, were conducted in all centres.
“The positive results of the re-audit are aligned with Multi’s own customer research,” said Magdalena Gibney, Operational Director of Multi Poland. Adding, “In our surveys, conducted separately to the certification, 84% of respondents confirmed that they believed our centres to be safe. They positively assessed the high number of disinfection stations and the cleanliness of corridors, toilets, escalators and elevators.”
