The developer 7R is planning to build a new logistics complex on Brzezińska street in Łódź. The project, 7R Park Łódź East I, will offer 100,000 sqm in three warehouse buildings. “We think strategically and long-term, and Łódź is an important market for us. The logistics park on Brzezińska will be 7R’s fifth project in Łódź, following 7R Park Łódź West I and three City Flex urban warehouses. Excellent and seamless cooperation with the city’s authorities has once again allowed us to initiate the development process quickly and efficiently,” said Bartłomiej Krawiecki, head of development at 7R.
