In Belgrade’s primary pedestrian zone, Knez Mihailova street, a new shopping center will be opening on September 14. Rajiceva shopping center will offer more than 80 outlets, 450 underground parking spaces, and luxury hotel all of which will cover 60,000 sqm. The center will have entrances from 4 streets Kneza Mihaila, Pariska, Uzun Mirkova and Kralja Petra. This project is being carried out by the company ABD, a member of the Ashtrom Group, which is a leading Israeli real estate trade group and construction company.
During the construction, more than 400 people were employed in order to carry out the €80m investment. Upon opening, the center will offer new 600 jobs, while local architects, Milan and Vladimir Lojanica, were used to prepare its design.
