Two new jewelry brands, Time Trend and Yes, signed lease agreements at Galeria Niwa located in Oświęcim. Yes will occupy 56 sqm, while Time Trend will open a 36 sqm boutique. Galeria Niwa offers 14,000 sqm of retail and service space. The tenant mix include Carrefour, H&M, 4F, Reserved, Cropp, CCC, House and Mohito. The shopping center also features a four-screen Planet Cinema multiplex and restaurants like KFC and Hammurabi. “The signing of new lease agreements shows that in the eyes of tenants Galeria Niwa’s concept and our proactive approach to management are working well. We are planning to expand the portfolio of brands available here, and talks are currently underway. New tenants will be announced soon,” said Anna Polak, leasing director, Master Management Group, which is Galeria Niwa’s property manager.
