Warsaw-based investment and development firm Newbridge has acquired Focus Park located on Komunalna street in Włocławek. The seller is a privately held Luxembourg-based investor. The cost of a deal was not disclosed. Focus Park was developed in 2011 and includes 6,500 sqm of retail space and 316 parking lots. The single-level building has nine tenants including Media Expert, Rossmann, CCC, Deichmann, KIK and PEPCO. BSC Real Estate Advisors provided acquisition support to Newbridge, while Linklaters provided legal advice. “We are delighted to have represented Newbridge in this excellent transaction. We think that this deal represents a high-quality investment. Retail parks are a growing and dynamic sector in Poland. They provide and secure long-term income and are simple to manage and benefit from strong liquidity,” said Jason Sharman, managing partner of BSC Real Estate Advisors.
