FCR Immobilien has acquired a retail property in Bad Kissingen, a spa town in the Bavarian region. The property is currently leased to Netto, one of the largest food discount chains in Germany. The purchase price was not disclosed. The property was built in 2005 and offers 1,000 sqm of space with 87 parking spots. This is FCR Immobilien’s sixth property acquisition in the Bavarian region this year.
