Green Caffè Nero chain opened its 51st coffee shop on Piłsudskiego street in Legionowo, a town 20 km from Warsaw. The new 172 sqm premises was found and negotiated with the help of Colliers International, which has been cooperating with Green Caffè Nero since 2011. Over the last six years, the company advised the client in leasing a half of its cafes in Poland, thereby helping the client in accomplishing its business goals. “The main advantages of the newly opened Green Caffè Nero are an attractive location in the heart of Legionowo and the unique design making it a popular meeting spot.
