Deutsche AM buys Polish outlets from Peakside

Deutsche Asset Management, part of the Deutsche Bank Group, is taking over three outlet centers in Poland from a fund managed by Peakside Capital.Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the acquisition of Fashion House portfolio in Poland. The centers include Fashion House Warsaw in Piaseczno, Fashion House in Sosnowiec, and Fashion House in Gdańsk. Fashion House Warsaw in Piaseczno offers 120 stores located on 17,300 sqm and a car park for 1,200 vehicles. Fashion House Sosnowiec has an area of 16,800 sqm and was completed in 2004. It has 100 stores and parking for over 1,200 vehicles. Fashion House Gdańsk has an area of over 16,600 sqm and includes over 100 stores with a car park with 800 spaces. Deutsche Asset Management chose PRÔM to manage the outlets.
