Futureal Group has sold Sziget Center to the OTP Property Investment Fund as part of a packaged deal that also includes the Skypark office building. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed. Sziget Center is located on Csepel Island on the outskirts of Budapest, next to the private Tököl airport. The investment offers 23,000 sqm of rental space and is one of the region’s largest retail centers. Tenants include C&A, H&M, Jysk and Pepco.
