Italian fashion brand Max&Co. is opening its new flagship store in the Palladium shopping center at nám. Republiky in Prague 1. CBRE brokered the 150 sqm lease. Tomáš Beránek, head of high-street retail and tenant representation at CBRE, believes the store will further strengthen the retailer’s position on the Czech market. “It will fit perfectly in the line-up of other brands at its level and will benefit from the high amount of tourists visiting Palladium,” said Beránek. Max&Co. is a member of the Max Mara Fashion Group.
