The fifth phase of Designer Outlet Parndorf opened Tuesday, near Vienna. A total of 15 new stores on 5,500 sqm were added to the project. McArthurGlen, the developer, investor and operator, has invested €50m into the retail center. Tenants include Under Armour, Peak Performance, Christ and Rolling Luggage. Additional retailers are expected to open over the next few months, including a restaurant and cafe. In all, 20 new units will be added to the outlet center, bringing the total to 160 stores across 36,500 sqm of retail space. There is parking for 3,000 cars.
