Prima Shops Oradea signed three new tenants for the first phase of the project: Intersport, Noriel and Flanco. Currently 75 percent of the 5,000 sqm going up in the first phase has been leased. In addition to the three new additions, the tenant mix includes CCC, Takko, Deichmann and Pepco. Oasis Retail & Development Consulting is set to open the first phase of the project on April 6.
