SobelCo., based in Boca Raton, has picked 94 buildable lots in Banyan Cay Resort & Golf Club in West Palm Beach in a $10 million transaction. The firm plans to build single-family homes priced between $500,000 and $800,000, with the first homes slated for occupancy early next year. The site is located east of Interstate 95 next to the Palm Beach Outlets shopping center at 1751 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The master-planned development will also feature 200 condominium units, a hotel by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, and a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
