NEPI is planning to expand Ploiesti Shopping City by an additional 6,200 sqm. The South African investment company secured €5.5m from NE Property Cooperatief in the Netherlands, which is part of NEPI, for the project. Ploiesti Shopping City opened in 2013 and currently offers a total of 45,800 sqm of space.
