With the opening of the first office building at its Openville Timisoara project in January, Iulius Group’s operational portfolio now exceeds 106,000 sqm in nine class A buildings developed under the United Business Center (UBC) brand. Over the past 12 months, the company’s total office supply increased by 42,000 sqm, as a result of the completion of the Openville Timisoara two office building as well as another one at its Palas Iaşi project. Iulius Group is also developing a 130,000 sqm area in Timisoara into what will be one of Western Romania’s main business hubs.
