Galeria Młociny, the retail and entertainment center currently under construction in Warsaw’s Bielany district, signed two new tenants: CCC and Wojas. CCC SA, the largest footwear retailer in Central Europe, will occupy 1,420 sqm, while Wojas will open a 126 sqm store. “The fashion segment at Galeria Młociny keeps getting better. Two top Polish footwear brands have recognized the great potential of our location and have signed lease agreements,” said Michał Masztakowski, development and leasing director at Master Management Group, the project’s developer and investor.
When completed, Galeria Młociny will offer 220 retail and service units. More than half of the available retail space has already been leased. The tenant mix includes Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, as well as Van Graaf. Galeria Młociny was designed by Autorska Pracownia Architektury Kuryłowicz & Associates and Chapman Taylor. The project is in line with BREEAM certification standards.
