Cushman & Wakefield won a contract to manage two shopping centers in Mladá Boleslav: Olympia and Bondy, both owned by CPI Property Group. The consultancy has been managing Olympia Mladá Boleslav since 2015. Martin Šimek, head of retail asset services at Cushman & Wakefield, says that managing two shopping centers in a single catchment can help the company take advantage of synergies and streamline business coordination. Cushman & Wakefield’s asset services team has taken over nine new projects since the summer, including four in the retail segment. The 16,000 sqm Bondy is the 15th shopping center under Cushman & Wakefield management. The local team is led by center manager Michal Svoboda.
