Eyemaxx Real Estate AG sold all of its retail parks in the Czech Republic, having recently disposed of MyBox in Pelhřimov. The Austrian developer plans to invest the revenues into new development. The MyBox in Pelhřimov offers 1,780 sqm of retail space leased to five retailers. Eyemaxx built the park in 2016, with shops opened since last fall. The company did not reveal the name of the buyer nor the sales price. In 2016, Eyemaxx sold MyBox in Brandýs nad Labem to CPI Property Group. The investor was not interested in the Pelhřimov retail park, as it already operates one in the city. Eyemaxx also sold several retail parks in Poland last year.
