Caruso Homes, a residential builder headquartered in Crofton, Maryland, has closed on the purchase of a 213 acre tract of land in Wake County, NC in a $10 million deal. Located six miles south of downtown Raleigh on Lake Wheeler Road, the community, Olde Mill Trace, will feature 155 sites with single family detached homes starting at more than $400,000.
