Caruso Homes buys 213 acres in Crofton, MD for residential scheme

Caruso Homes, a residential builder headquartered in Crofton, Maryland, has closed on the purchase of a 213 acre tract of land in Wake County, NC in a $10 million deal. Located six miles south of downtown Raleigh on Lake Wheeler Road, the community, Olde Mill Trace, will feature 155 sites with single family detached homes starting at more than $400,000. Five distinctive floor plans will be offered on plot of up to 0.75 acre home sites. “As we expand our presence in the Raleigh area, we are pleased to showcase our luxury homes at Olde Mill Trace,” says Jeffrey Caruso, CEO/Owner of Caruso Homes. “These homes were designed to fit the needs of a variety of home buyers who seek value, uncompromising quality and the ability to personalize their home to their lifestyle.”
