Peek & Cloppenburg is planning to open a 5,200 sqm, two-floor store at AFI Cotroceni in Bucharest this fall. The store will open in the expanded section of the shopping center.
The expansion will add an additional 6,800 sqm to the mall, bringing the total leasable area of AFI Cotroceni to approximately 90,000 sqm. A new parking deck is scheduled for completion in May, bringing the number of parking spaces to 3,000. AFI Cotroceni was valued at €467m at the end of September, up 7.6 percent y-o-y.
