Takko Fashion and CCC are planning to open stores this spring at Prima Shops, currently underway in central Oradea by Oasis Retail Consulting & Development. Takko Fashion signed a lease on 500 sqm, while CCC is taking 630 sqm. Colliers International brokered the deals.
Construction on the 10,000 sqm retail scheme on Decebal boulevard launched in October. The first 5,000 sqm will be delivered this spring, while an additional 5,000 sqm will be delivered in the fall. Costs are estimated at €12m.
