Welling Realty has purchased the Shoppes of Wellington Green free of debt in a $19.43 million deal. Located at 10500-10590 Forest Hill Blvd in Wellington, the 130,836 square foot retail center changed hands for approximately $150 per sqf. Situated on 15.3 acres, the center is anchored by Barnes & Noble with other national tenents including HHgregg, Pier 1 Imports, Panera Bread, Starbucks, The Vitamin Shoppe and La Granja Wellington. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller, special servicer LNR Partners. Welling Realty is controlled by Charles Rosner, a private investor.
