Jörg Heinrich appointed new Head of Retail and Centre Management at Strabag

Strabag PFS has appointed Jörg Heinrich, a property manager with many years of experience in the management of retail real estate. Heinrich (45), who trained as a retail salesman, has been in charge of the new centre of competence for Retail and Centre Management within the Group since 1 January 2017. Together with Sales Manager Detlef Kalthoff and Division Manager Norbert Rolf, he is to continue the strategic and operational expansion of previously opportunistic business with customers in the retail sector. This will focus on small and medium-sized shopping centres and specialist stores including at B and C locations in particular. Heinrich’s responsibilities include property management for the portfolio of an institutional client with a market value of almost €1bn. Before joining Strabag PFS, Jörg Heinrich spent more than 15 years in various positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management, most recently as the head of its Centre Management Germany division.
