The development company Activum SG Iberia is planning to build 2,000 homes following its acquisition of two plots of land in Malaga. The company will construct high-rise homes in Estepona and exclusive villas in Marbella. The completion date was not disclosed yet, nor was the total volume of the investment, however the market sources claim the company spent €15 m on the the plots. Beyond the residential market, ASG is also working on the construction of two hotels, in Madrid and Málaga.
