Linear Retail Properties acquired The Corner in Nashua, the second largest city in New Hampshire, in a $12.5m deal. The seller was Saxon Partners. Totaling 27,277 sq ft, the property features two freestanding single-tenant retail structures that are fully leased to Old Navy and Burger King. The Corner is located at the intersection of Spit Brook Road and Daniel Webster Highway just one mile north of the Massachusetts border. Located along one of southern New Hampshire’s most dynamic retail corridors, The Corner at Spit Brook Road ”generated a competitive bidding process,” said Justin Smith, managing director of NGKF Capital Markets, which brokered the deal on behalf of the seller.
