LFS is planning to build a shopping center next to the Decathlon store at Pharos Park. The developer has redesigned the original project, which included 13,580 sqm of retail space in two ground-level blocks. Recently, LFS presented a new project, featuring a single 31,200 sqm shopping mall with three above-ground levels and underground parking. LFS owns the site and has partnered with Development 4 on the project. Development 4 is behind the Pharos Park scheme, according to Trend Reality.
