Ten years after securing the first plot for the investment, GTC is about to kick off Belgrade’s next shopping mall scheme. Work is set to begin in the first quarter of 2017 on the mall called Ada, which will offer 31,000 of gross leasable areal. Ada will be one of the first malls to be completed in Belgrade since 2009. Among the preleases already agreed are one with the Polish retailer LPP, according to GTC’s CEO Thomas Kurzmann. He revealed that LPP would be bringing four of its brands to the new mall.
