Argo Capital Property is planning a €33m expansion of Era Park Iasi. Once completed, the shopping center will offer nearly 80,000 sqm of retail space. DTZ Echinox will oversee the repositioning and expansion of the center, whose tenant mix currently includes Carrefour, Praktiker, Decathlon, Altex, Mobexpert, Kare Design, Rovere Mobili, Nobilia and Jysk.
“The extension will be complemented by a suite of well known fashion retailers. Rising footfall and a changing customer profile are also leading us to add a multi-screen cinema and to enlarge the gastronomic offer, which is these days more crucial to our customers. Era Park is a successful scheme, but I am sure that the new one will be even better,” said Dennis Selinas, CEO of Argo Capital Management Property.
