Aguirre Newman sold a Spanish retail portfolio worth nearly €40m. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed. The properties are located mainly in Madrid have an average occupancy rate of almost 90 percent. The assets have a diversified mix of tenants, ranging from Zara Home, Vips, Trussardi, Cortefiel and Punt Roma to popular corner shops.
