CA Immo finalized an agreement with a Wood & Company fund to sell the Šestka Shopping Center near Prague Airport. The transaction will be completed in a few weeks. The sales price was not disclosed. The step is in line with CA Immo’s strategy to withdraw from segments that do not belong to its core business. The company, which recently bought Millenium Towers in Budapest, wants to focus on large, modern office properties in Austria, Germany and the CEE region. CA Immo owned Šestka since 2012. Šestka is the second acquisition Wood & Company has made in Prague’s retail sector in the last three months. In August, it purchased the Harfa shopping center in Prague 8 from Lighthouse Group. CA Immo was advised by the law firm Clifford Chance Prague.
