REIT Echo Polska Properties together with Echo Investment are taking over the most sought-after retail plot in the Warsaw city center from their business partner, Griffin Real Estate. Located at Towarowa, the site is being valued at €120m, even without planning in place. Comprising of a number of smaller sites brought together by Griffin Real Estate through five individual transaction, Towarowa 22 is the biggest retail site in central Warsaw, totaling about 6.5 ha. The land offers space for more than 100,000 sqm of new commercial space.
